From the Pastor

I was born in the Methodist Home Hospital in New Orleans and adopted at six-months by my parents. I grew up attending Trinity Methodist Church. I guess you could say I've been a life-long Methodist.

I married thirty-six years ago to my best friend and a wonderful woman, Karen. We have two adult children Allison, a nurse in Houston, and Jake, a chef in Boulder.  We lived in Houston the past 20 years; we are now happy to call Fort Worth home.

Ministry work began 20 years ago, serving in many different roles in the church.  I earned a Masters of Divinity degree from Asbury Theological Seminary.

In 2010 I was ordained as an Elder in the UMC.  During this time, I have served two churches in the Texas Annual Conference.

Jesus gave us a command to go forth and share the amazing message of the gospel.  I am passionate about people becoming disciples of Jesus Christ, following Him, and helping others to know the transforming love and grace that is available through our Lord. My prayer is that our eyes might be open to those persons and needs around us in our day-to-day lives.

I want to invite you to stop by and get to know us!
